The andldquo;Generalized Printing Systemandrdquo; team is part of the IT department supporting the French Retail Banking division of Sociandeacute;tandeacute; Gandeacute;nandeacute;rale. You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining applications within the document management ecosystem. This includes handling tools used for mass processing and distribution of documents for 100+ applications used by the bank.andnbsp;

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Product Owner and high technical capabilities (development), to take on a key role in the evolution and maintenance of our document management applications.andnbsp;

This role involves working closely with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, handling multiple stakeholders and promoting agile practices throughout the process.andnbsp;

What you will do:

andnbsp; Coordinate a portfolio of 10-20 applications from end-to-end perspective (scoping, analysis and design, planning, functional and technical validation, delivery in production)

andnbsp; Gather and clarify business needs andamp; requirements from internal teams, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications

andnbsp; Maintain a clear and realistic product backlog by aligning business priorities with technical capacity and delivery timelines

andnbsp; Estimate effort and cost in collaboration with developers, track team capacity and prepare and monitor delivery in production

andnbsp; Prepare regular reports on progress and risks, for both management and the internal team

andnbsp; Facilitate planning and refinement sessions (may be required to step in as a Scrum Master as a back-up)

andnbsp; Conduct acceptance testing and validate deliverables before release

andnbsp; Initiate and lead analysis concerning bug reduction, time and cost optimization for our clients

andnbsp; Lead projects related to technical migrations (including Cloud), ensuring end-to-end facilitation of discussions with architecture and infrastructure teams, along with the internal development team

andnbsp; Be ready to step in as a developer for specific tasks, contributing to the technical solution

andnbsp; Support the agile ways of working in a culturally rich environment (over multiple time-zones)

andnbsp;

andnbsp; Previous strong experience as a developer on Exstream/Streamserve technologyandnbsp;

andnbsp; Experience as a IT Business Analyst in banking (preferable in the document management system area)

andnbsp; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (French language skills or desire to develop in this area is a plus)

andnbsp; Strong autonomy and emotional intelligence (take ownership while nurturing collaboration)

andnbsp; Skilled at synthetizing the big picture while remaining detail-oriented when execution demands itandnbsp;

andnbsp; Experience in working in agile environments, ideally with cross-functional, multicultural teams

andnbsp; Promoter of best practices in documentations, process design, and agile collaboration

andnbsp; Comfortable with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
