Operations and Sales Support

We are looking for a new colleague to help us in operations and sales support. The role is full-time and the responsibilities are:

Manage the relation with suppliers;

Manage and track the invoicing according to customers contracts signed;

Manage and track purchase orders and negotiate with vendors;

Coordinate hardware delivery according with project plan;

Handle a variety of general office tasks such as data processing and organizing electronic files;

Coordinate maintenance repairs and manage other aspects of the hardware devices;

Perform specific market research;

Manage marketing campaigns;

Sales support for lead generation.

The following are required for this role:

Background as an administrative assistant or customer service representative;

Very good written and verbal communication skills;

Ambition and perseverance to complete assigned tasks;

Curiosity and desire to learn new things within a startup team;

Proficiency with common office software and CRM.

English Language Proficiency and German (optional).
