System Project Management Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Gather requirements to align project goals.
• Coordinate the technical activities performed by cross-functional teams (Mechanical, HW, SW, operations, etc.), including estimation, planning, internal, and external alignment.
• Utilize technical expertise to address and resolve technical issues and conflicts, preventing any obstacles to project progress.
• Approve system and subsystem technical solutions and drive system releases and deliveries.
• Coordinate system releases and deliveries, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in project management are advantageous.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in systems engineering and project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of systems design, engineering principles, and integration processes.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skill set

• Knowledge of the V-Model processes.
• Knowledge of mechatronic system development.
• Knowledge of hardware/software-interfaces.
• Knowledge of embedded software development.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of change and configuration management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and devise effective solutions.
• Ability to manage and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards and precision in project deliverables.
