Transformation Project Manager – Strategic Projects
to lead the successful delivery of the company's most important transformation initiatives.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-department projects—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills, and thrives in environments with high complexity and organizational change.
Your main responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic transformation projects involving multiple departments and significant organizational changes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Manage project interdependencies, risks, and issues by implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving sessions among project teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to established governance frameworks and aligns with company-wide strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic project, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with all project participants, including senior leadership.
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports covering project status, risks, changes, and key updates.
Risk Management & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks.
- Manage change requests in a structured and documented manner, evaluating impact on scope, cost, and timelines.
- Facilitate the organizational transition required for project implementation, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Document lessons learned at the end of each project to support the continuous improvement of the company's project management methodologies.
Profile we are looking for:
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in transformation projects or strategic initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience using project management tools and methodologies.

- Portfolio Management: Experience managing a portfolio of interdependent projects and understanding organization-wide resource capacity.
