Your Role
– meaningful & rewarding

In your role, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs, challenges or systems, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives.

• Project Management:
  Effectively mobilize project teams from basic objective information. Define project scope, outcomes and plan while also focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; create and facilitate executive tollgates to align strategic objectives with project team product release plans, organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; and manage risks and issues.
• Resource Management:
  Plan and manage the team structure and resource allocation plan, forecast, and actuals to support the delivery of assigned work. Lead resource managers, PMO process coordinator, and program managers to identify and resolve staffing issues.
• Collaborate
  : Foster collaboration and communication across all levels of stakeholder to eliminate silos and improve efficiency. Conduct stakeholder management towards senior management and executives of the E.ON organization.
• Continuously improve
  : Establish metrics-driven continuous improvement practices, define KPIs that allow for steering, design and create dashboards for real-time transparency of Project management practices and value impact throughout the organization.

Your Profile
– authentic & open-minded

• You have extensive proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a IT/DT Consultant or DT Project Manager or comparable role with focus on large scale digital transformations.
• You have strong knowledge on Project Management practices, tools, and methodologies.
• You are experienced in functionally leading teams across multiple locations as well as with managing vendors and external partners to successfully achieve required outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex IT/digital challenges, develop structured, pragmatic solutions that align with client objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with clarity in both verbal and written formats, ensuring effective engagement across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Trusted advisor mindset, committed to building strong client relationships, adapting to change, and consistently delivering value in dynamic IT/digital environments.
• You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English and German language skills are nice to have.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business.
