Responsibilities:

  • Monitor
    operational activities
    to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct
    financial risk and opportunity analyses
    to support decision-making.
  • Track and evaluate
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    for all projects within the
    competence center
    , contributing to both
    retail and wholesale
    project development.
  • Perform
    financial analysis
    for relevant projects within the
    Customers & Channels
    competence center.
  • Collect, centralize, and analyse data, preparing
    presentations for board meetings
    .
  • Support the
    development of sales plans
    , analysing
    marketing campaigns, business plans, and cash flows
    for new projects.
  • Track the
    profitability of approved projects
    , conducting
    pre- and post-project/campaign analysis
    .
  • Conduct
    periodic financial analyses
    to assess the impact on the company's
    P&L
    .
  • Regularly review
    deviations in key operational indicators
    and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop
    new tools for tracking managerial bonus evolution
    .
  • Ensure the
    achievement of strategic objectives and business goals
    .

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in
    financial analysis, controlling, or HR controlling
    .
  • Relevant experience in
    presenting and interpreting financial data
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    BI and ERP systems development
    .
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    .
  • Advanced English Skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Economics, Statistics, or a related field
    .
  • A
    Master's degree in Economics
    is a plus.
