Job Description
  • Gestionarea și soluționarea dosarelor asigurate în cadrul procesului de colectare amiabilă, cu valori sub lei;
  • Transmiterea notificărilor de plată în format scris;
  • Inițierea și preluarea apelurilor telefonice către/de la debitori;
  • Formularea și transmiterea de informări către departamentul Claims.
Qualifications
  • Studii – Student (licență sau master), preferabil domeniul economic sau juridic;
  • Abilități de comunicare - ofițerii de colectare au nevoie atât de abilități de comunicare scrisă, cât și verbală pentru a redacta informari și a vorbi clar clienților despre opțiunile lor de plată, folosind persuasiunea și alte tactici de negociere pentru a indeplini mandatul incredintat;
  • Atentie la detalii – orientare catredetalii in vederea filtrarii informatiilor obtinute si transmiterea acestora intr-un mod clar catre clienti precum si respectarea procedurilor stabilite in cadrul departamentului;
  • Abilitati de operare PC – pachet Microsoft cu accent pe excel, outlook si word.
  • Limbi straine – engleza nivel mediu
  • Lucru in echipa – adaptare lalucru in echipa, atat in cadrul departamentului Colectare creante B2B cat si cu alte departamente conexe
