In the People Services and Documents team, we enjoy working with people, documents, and processes to make the working experience at BCR as simple and pleasant as possible.

We are looking for a colleague to help us make things run smoothly for everyone who is part of the BCR community – from their first step in the organization to the end of their collaboration.

How you will contribute

  • Prepare the necessary documents for employees (employment contracts, addendums, termination decisions, suspension, retirement, etc.) and ensure they are signed and submitted on time;
  • Enter and update employee data in HR applications so that the information is complete and updated in a timely manner;
  • Contribute to the integration of new colleagues: from preparing documents and work tools to post-onboarding feedback;
  • Provide information, generate reports, issue certificates, and other personnel documents, respecting confidentiality rules;
  • Liaise with external partners on topics such as private pensions or documents requested by authorities;
  • Prepare the nomination files for management positions for the NBR (National Bank of Romania), ensuring all necessary documents and addresses are included, as applicable;
  • Collaborate with the Payroll and HRIS teams for updates and changes in the organizational structure;
  • Maintain and archive personnel documents in digital/paper format, ensuring they are safe and well-organized;
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives that support the organizational culture, improve employee experience, and optimize HR processes.

What will help you be successful

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of labor law, taxation, social insurance, and internal HR procedures;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and HR information systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to adapt and respond to change, organize, and manage tasks efficiently;
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Integrity and professional ethics.
