
People Services Process Improvement Specialist

The People Services Process Improvement Specialist will support the continuous improvement of HR People Services (HRPS) processes by improving how information is shared, documented, and accessed across the global HRPS function. The role will focus on establishing and maintaining effective knowledge-sharing frameworks, managing internal HR SharePoint sites, and exploring innovative technologies—including AI—to improve HR operational efficiency.
This role works closely with the Head of Global People Services Processes and collaborates with various HR functions (HRIS, HRIT, Rewards, etc.) to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Job Overview
- Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation libraries to support HRPS operations and ensure consistent access to accurate information.
- Information Sharing: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline how HR information is shared across teams, enabling more effective and efficient HR work.
- Technology Enablement: Pioneer the use of AI and other emerging technologies to enhance HRPS processes, knowledge management, and internal collaboration.
- SharePoint Management: Own and manage relevant internal HR SharePoint sites, ensuring content is up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with HRPS needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HRIS, HRIT, Rewards, and other HR functions to support improvement initiatives and ensure alignment across systems and processes.
- Support to Process Owner: Provide operational and strategic support to the Head of Global People Services Processes in driving global process improvement initiatives.
- Documentation Standards: Ensure consistency and quality in HRPS documentation, including templates, guides, and process maps.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Very good communication and writing skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Teams, and similar.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a keen interest in exploring new technologies, capabilities of various artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Key competencies: Digital Literacy, Process Orientation, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, Communication.
