Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst located in Bucharest. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business related projects that we deliver to our customers. Key day-to-day tasks include developing data models, creating dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, PowerQuery, and PowerApps, and writing optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data. The role also involves applying statistical techniques to uncover trends and delivering insights through clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Data Analytics, ETL & Data Modeling, and Analytical Skills
  • Skills in Statistics and its application in data interpretation
  • Experience in Communication with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Mid Level or proficient in Python, PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL, and PowerApps
  • VBA is nice to have, even if it is ancient
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience with data analysis in retail, distribution, or consumer goods is an advantage
