The Team You Will Join
You will be part of the
Operations Quality Assurance & Reporting Team
, a strategic group focused on ensuring data accuracy, compliance and actionable insights that support operational excellence. The core mission of the team is to
deliver key operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
, while also providing
advanced analysis to support decision making
. We focus on extracting, validating data, indentifying trends and creating insights that help the organization meet regulatory requirements and maintain operational excellence.
The Opportunity
The
Data Analyst
is responsible for producing accurate, timely and insightful reports and analyses that support Finance, Actuarial, and Operations across all business lines. This role is essential for
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
and providing leadership with the data needed to make informed decisions
. This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex datasets, uncover the why behind the numbers and contribute to initiatives that improve reporting process and data quality.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity and precision. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Actuarial and Operations teams in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field;
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power BI;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to identify trends and anomalies;
- Curiosity and proactive mindset to explore new technologies and tools;
- Excellent communnication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audience;
- Passion for data and the desire to create an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced Excel, SQL and Python skills to create robust reporting solutions and explore new technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Extract, validate, analyze data in order to support business decision making;
- Identify trends and anomalies, ensuring data integrity and delivering high quality reports;
- Analyze data flow between systems and interpret data variations;
- Propose and implement innovative ideas using the available technologies such as Python, Excel (Power Query), or Power BI;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
