Responsabilități cheie:

  • Gestionezi întregul proces de recrutare – de la identificarea nevoilor până la integrarea candidatului.
  • Redactezi și publici anunțuri atractive pentru a atrage cei mai buni specialiști.
  • Cauți activ candidați potriviți pe LinkedIn, site-uri de joburi, grupuri profesionale și prin recomandări directe.
  • Programezi și susții interviuri pentru roluri tehnice, de marketing și management.
  • Ții evidența candidaților în sistemul intern (ATS) și oferi update-uri constante managerilor de angajare.
  • Colaborezi cu echipa de leadership pentru definirea cerințelor de recrutare și a termenelor de livrare.

  • dezvoltatori software și profesioniști tehnici;
  • manageri de echipă, lideri de proiect și poziții executive.
