1. Ce ne dorim de la tine?

  • 5+ ani
    de experiență în
    dezvoltarea de software
    .
  • Înțelegerea diferitelor paradigme de programare comune (OOP, Funcțional, etc.).
  • Cunoștințe avansate de limbaje de programare, framework-uri și instrumente relevante precum
    Java, IntelliJ IDEA, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle
    . (Constituie un avantaj: Kotlin).
  • Experiență practică în sisteme de baze de date specifice platformei și SQL.
  • Bună înțelegere a sistemelor de control al versiunilor precum Git sau similare.
  • Experiență solidă cu framework-uri de testare și mocking.
  • Familiaritate cu protocoalele și standardele de comunicare comune precum HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP și altele.
  • Experiență cu metodologii Agile (ex: SCRUM, KANBAN).
  • Bune abilități de rezolvare a problemelor (problem-solving) și gândire analitică.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și lucru în echipă.
  • Cunoștințe de
    limba engleză la nivel avansat (Upper Proficiency)
    .

2. Responsabilități:

  • Proiectează, estimează și
    implementează soluții tehnice pentru aplicații
    de complexitate medie/mare.
  • Participă activ în toate fazele ciclului de viață al dezvoltării aplicațiilor.
  • Colaborează cu diverși factori interesați ai proiectului (stakeholders) pentru a oferi suport în clarificarea cerințelor, proceselor, arhitecturii și priorităților.
  • Recomandă și promovează standardele, instrumentele și practicile din industria IT (DevOps, etc.) pentru a crea produse software bine proiectate (well-engineered).
  • Propune îmbunătățiri și escaladează riscurile/problemele legate de activitățile de dezvoltare.
  • Învață și aplică tehnologii, practici și instrumente noi, după cum este necesar pentru proiect.
  • Participă la comunități tech interne și externe, evenimente, etc.
