Sales Development Representative

GrowCentric oferă servicii de generare de lead-uri și setare de întâlniri cu persoanele de decizie din companiile B2B, utilizând strategii de outreach pe email, LinkedIn și telefon.
Această poziție se concentrează pe generarea de noi întâlniri cu profilele de companii aflate în target, folosind contactarea directa via email, telefon, sau Linkedin. Candidatul ideal ar trebui să fie hunter, o persoană care se descurcă bine într-un mediu dinamic și este pasionat de lead generation, sau vânzări B2B.
Responsabilități principale:
- Generare de lead-uri: Utilizarea proactivă a platformelor precum LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator... pentru identificarea și angajarea targetată a lead-urilor.
- Expertiză CRM: Gestionarea și dezvoltarea eficientă a lead-urilor în cadrul platformelor CRM, asigurând o urmărire atentă a oportunităților potențiale.
- Prospectare eficientă: Calificarea lead-urilor cu abilitate, ghidându-le prin procesul de vânzare cu tehnici strategice de nurturing și angajament
- Colaborare: Lucru strâns cu echipele de account management si baze de date pentru alinierea eforturilor de generare de lead-uri
- Adaptarea abordării: Evaluarea periodică a eficienței activităților de generare de lead-uri, utilizând datele pentru a rafina și îmbunătăți strategiile viitoare.
Cerințe:
- Experiență profesională: Minimum 1 an experiență relevantă în generarea de lead-uri sau vânzări B2B
- Abilități de comunicare: Abilități excelente de comunicare, cu talent pentru angajarea persuasivă a clienților potențiali
- Competențe tehnice: Expertiză în utilizarea platformelor de outreach (LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, Outreach, Reply...) și a sistemelor CRM
