RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Create and maintain effective planning, monitoring and analysis frames by organizing and analyzing existing data from various.
• sources.
• Transform all insights into business insights and recommendations.
• Process relevant data to extract knowledge regarding customers, products, results of tactic and strategic initiatives.
• Report in the organization and explain to the business partners, the KPIs related to RGM strategy implementation across sales channels and brands.
• To be the driving force behind the analysis of the promo process in respect to efficiency and learnings and to support the Promo Management strategy implementation with the relevant figures and insights.
• To drive the efficiency analysis for Commercial Policy, monitor impact and relevant KBIs.
• Manage end to end improvement projects related to our processes of analyzing and interpreting data.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Ability to work with numbers and complex databases, strong Excel skills.
• At least 3 years of solid experience with analyses and commercial reporting
• The ability to make correlations between various data sources and understand cause-effect relationships in the market.
• Analytical thinking.
• Solid knowledge of FMCG business is preferred.
• Experience working in analytics and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies.
• Strong business acumen and understanding into how a retailer functions.
• Good communication skills.
• Initiative and perseverance.
• Organization and coordination skills; Stakeholder Management experience; Comfortable in times of uncertainty.
