E-INFRA este unul dintre cele mai puternice grupuri romanesti, cu o activitate de peste 28 de ani. Prin intermediul companiilor parte a grupului, E-INFRA activează in arii precum infrastructura energetica, de telecomunicatii si civila, fiind, de asemenea, prezent si in domenii cheie ca productia de energie si energie verde, distributia de energie si gaze naturale sau telecomunicatii. Grupul reuneste activitatile Electrogrup, Nova Power & Gas, Netcity, Direct One și Wesee, companii active in domeniul proiectelor de infrastructura energetica şi de telecomunicatii. Alaturi de acestea, E-INFRA s-a dezvoltat constant si numara astazi peste 1300 de angajati.

In momentul de fata cautam un Specialist HR (Admin) care sa se alature grupului E-INFRA.

Responsabilitati:

  • Intocmeste si actualizeaza documentatia specifica proceselor de gestionare a raporturilor de munca pentru angajatii companiei: contracte individuale de munca, acte aditionale, decizii de orice fel, fise de post, etc
  • Gestioneaza documentatia specifica la angajarea/plecarea angajatilor din companie (evidenta/formulare perioada de proba, nota lichidare etc)
  • Gestioneaza dosarele de personal pentru salariații companiei, conform prevederilor legale si procedurilor interne
  • Centralizeaza si gestioneaza situatiile privind concediul de odihna (programare anuala/CO efectuat lunar), evenimente deosebite efectuate de angajati sau a oricaror altor documente aferente activitatii salariatilor
  • Ofera suport pentru documentatia referitoare la imigrarea muncitorilor straini (documentatia pentru permisele de munca, avizele de munca etc.)
  • Elibereaza documente pentru sau solicitate de catre angajati (adeverinte, fluturasi salariu etc)
  • Ofera suport pentru procesele de HR anuale, inclusiv managementul performantei, training, calculeaza si raporteaza indicatori generali si indicatori de performanta a functiunii (numar angajati, fluctuatie personal, rata retentie, indicatori demografici etc)
  • Participa la proiectele speciale din cadrul echipei

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare
  • Experienta de cel putin 3 ani in domeniul resurselor umane, intr-un domeniu dinamic
  • Cunostinte specifice despre legislatia muncii precum si politici si procese în domeniul resurselor umane
  • Experienta in domeniul proceselor de imigrare muncitori straini – reprezinta un avantaj
  • Bune aptitudini de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Atentie la detalii si o pasiune pentru corectitudinea datelor
  • Bune abilitati de organizare si prioritizare a activitatii
  • Capacitatea de solutionare a problemelor si analiza, gandire critica
  • Abilitatea de a lucra inter-departamental
  • Abilitati de imbunatatire a proceselor si de managementul proiectelor
