Ce așteptăm de la tine?

  • Studii medii sau superioare;
  • Comunicare clară și eficientă, atât verbal, cât și în scris, cu atenție la detalii;
  • Abilități organizatorice bine dezvoltate, gestionând sarcinile zilnice într-un mod structurat și menținând un mediu de lucru ordonat;
  • Cunoștințe de operare PC, în special Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experiența anterioară în utilizarea aplicațiilor de tip CRM este un plus;
  • Capacitate de adaptare și lucru în echipă, colaborând eficient cu colegii pentru atingerea obiectivelor comune;
  • Experiența în relații cu clienții constituie un avantaj dar nu este obligatorie

Ce vei face?

  • Gestionezi adresele oficiale de corespondentă electronică ale companiei și asiguri înregistrarea corectă a cererilor (solicitări și reclamații) primite prin e-mail, scrisori sau vizite la sediu, în sistemele informatice;
  • Te asiguri că mesajele sunt redirecționate corect către departamentele responsabile pentru soluționare.
  • Folosești aplicațiile companiei pentru a gestiona și urmări statusul solicitărilor.
  • Pregătești și trimiti corespondența oficială (printare, etichetare AWB), organizezi eficient documentele (arhivare, depozitare) și te asiguri că departamentul are tot ce îi trebuie în materie de papetărie și consumabile.
  • Vei putea lucra la proiecte interesante: telesales, sondaje, gestionarea reclamațiilor și campanii de colectare, în timp ce te dezvolți personal și profesional
