Your day to day:

The fraud analyst has the role of identifying, preventing and stopping all actions having potential risk to cause financial losses or unpleasant experiences to Vodafone customers. It will ensure that by using the principles of prevention and alertness to risks it will support the achievement of the company's objectives and reduce losses of any kind by identifying and analyzing the fraud risks that may have a financial impact on the Company.

The fraud analyst aims to identify behaviors that can indicate suspicious intent and implements measures to prevent and control financial losses.

Through his activity, the fraud analyst, is responsible for maintaining a good image of Vodafone in the market.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
  • Monitoring the customer base and related services to identify suspicious fraud activities. (Examples of currently monitored fraud types:, roaming fraud, domestic fraud, AIT fraud, first party fraud, etc.)
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of fraud risk cases to confirm or deny the intention of fraud
  • Respect the provisions of the Internal regulation of the Company and complies with the Code of conduct
  • Regularly monitor transactions that have been reported as being at risk of fraud
  • Managing clients with subscriptions, active messaging services or high data traffic using services at local or international level and indicates fraud risk
  • Maintaining a high level of standards in customer relations and solving complex problems, without requiring supervision or guidance, except in exceptional situations
  • Identification of new possible fraud behaviors and new methods of fraud prevention or settlement
  • Manage internal requests and complaints received by phone or email
  • Respect the procedures of the department in order to take the necessary decisions to stop fraudulent activities
With these skills you are a great candidate:
  • Spanish- C1
  • Command on MS-Office
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of telecom/ Banking fraud control domain
  • Flair for handling multiple systems/ applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Customer orientation and the ability to create a positive Vodafone customer experience
