Job role
In this position you will be offering access and order management support for ALLIANZ TECHNOLOGY users.

What You Will Do

• Performing quality checks for the tickets opened by the team and making sure that they processed in accordance with the existing procedures and guidelines
• Controlling of access rights and assuring that the assignments are done according to the Allianz guidelines
• Communication with involved / responsible parties regarding administration and assigning of rights
• Handle tickets for the assigned users regarding entitlements and follow up with the involved parties until issues are solved
• Ensure proper reporting of progress
• Cooperate in improving the process and the documentation together with the process owners

What You Bring

• Fluent in English
• Advanced PC knowledge (including MS Office package)
• Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independentl
