We are seeking a highly experienced and business-oriented
Senior Identitiy & Access Control Specialist
to strengthen our user account lifecycle management program. In this role, you will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to critical systems, applications, and customer data while enabling business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand access requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management (IAM) solutions that support banking operations.
  • Implement and maintain a strong governance model and ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD) across critical business processes.
  • Manage the full identity lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access certification, role changes) for internal staff, third-party vendors, regulators, and partners across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement identity and access management guidelines, procedures and controls aligned with Bank's policies, regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, DORA, NIST, EBA Guidelines, etc.).
  • Implement and perform regular access reviews and certifications, such as soll-ist matrixes, user account attestations, across critical and important applications.
  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and risk assessments, providing clear evidence of access controls and governance.
  • Proactively monitor IAM system health, resolve incidents, and recommend continuous improvements to strengthen the bank's security posture.
  • Keep abreast of emerging IAM threats, banking sector regulations, and best practices to ensure the bank's IAM program remains robust, resilient, and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in, IT, Information Security, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity Manager, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk). In-depth knowledge with One Identity Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial industry regulations and frameworks: such as ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, DORA, NIST, EBA Guidelines, etc.
  • Experience aligning IAM programs with business priorities, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
