Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IAM Requirements Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Tasks

  • Define and automate roles and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient access control across our systems
  • Define and document IAM roles and permissions based on business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new IAM-related products and system changes.
  • Foster and implement automation for role and permission management
  • Ensure alignment with security standards
  • Support the IAM team in evaluating and implementing changes to IAM systems and processes.
  • Maintain documentation of requirements and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle.
  • Participate in project planning and provide input on IAM impacts and considerations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in requirements management, preferably within IAM or IT security domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages: German (minimum level B2), English

Advantages

  • Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM principles,
  • Experience with IAM tools such as One Identity Manager, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar.
