Cautam Inginer Instalații - Execuție

Suntem este o companie de construcții recunoscută pentru calitatea și inovația proiectelor sale. Căutăm să ne extindem echipa cu un Inginer Instalații pasionat și dedicat, care să se ocupe de supervizarea și coordonarea lucrărilor de instalații pe șantier.

Responsabilități principale:

Coordonarea și supervizarea lucrărilor de instalații pe șantier:

* Asigurarea calității și respectarea specificațiilor tehnice și a normativelor în vigoare pentru instalațiile sanitare, termice, electrice, de ventilație etc.

* Verificarea, interpretarea și aplicarea documentației de execuție pe șantier.

* Monitorizarea progresului lucrărilor, respectarea termenelor stabilite și elaborarea rapoartelor de avans

Managementul resurselor:

* Planificarea, organizarea și gestionarea necesarului de materiale și echipamente, în conformitate cu bugetul și graficul de lucrări.

* Coordonarea eficientă a echipelor de muncitori și a subcontractanților.

Asigurarea calității și siguranței:

* Participarea la recepțiile lucrărilor pe faze de execuție.

* Asigurarea respectării normelor de sănătate și securitate în muncă.

* Colaborarea strânsă cu șefii de șantier, diriginții de șantier și ceilalți ingineri.

* Soluționarea problemelor tehnice apărute pe parcursul execuției, în consultare cu proiectanții.

Cerințe obligatorii:

* Studii superioare în domeniul Instalațiilor pentru Construcții (Facultatea de Instalații).

* Experiență relevantă de minim 2 ani în execuția instalațiilor în domeniul construcțiilor civile sau industriale.

* Cunoștințe aprofundate ale normativelor și standardelor tehnice în vigoare.

* Abilități de leadership, organizare și management al timpului.

* Capacitate de a lucra în echipă și de a comunica eficient.

* Permis de conducere categoria B.
