An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a
provider for bespoke turn-key solutions within the Architecture and Design industry
, as a
Fit-Out Project Manager.

Objectives

Ensure the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of fully compliant MEP systems through effective planning, coordination, supervision, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all MEP fit-out activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV).
  • Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide input in preparing the MEP commercial offers that we submit to our customers.
  • Coordinate between architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to avoid clashes.
  • Develop project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure that MEP works are aligned with finishing sequences.
  • Manage procurement, material delivery, and subcontractor performance.
  • Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, control variations, and prepare cost reports.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.
  • Monitor and track work schedules to avoid additional costs and/or potential delays.
  • Supervise work quality and ensure compliance with client's specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with projects.
  • Understand project documentation (technical drawings, sketches, specifications), the interconnections of installations and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and specifications for each project stage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of installations and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and their interconnections.
  • Supervision of work quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Preparation of MEP commercial offers.
  • In-depth understanding of the project documentation (technical drawings, sketches, specifications), the manner in which different types of installations and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) interconnect, specifications for each project stage.
