Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Intern
to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. It's an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in recruitment while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Attraction

  • Assist in posting job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Use LinkedIn, job portals, and networking platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes and applications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/email) to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Interview & Evaluation Support

  • Prepare interview materials and communicate schedules to candidates and interviewers.
  • Support recruiters in collecting candidate feedback and maintaining accurate records in the ATS/HR system.

Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other internal teams.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including communication and documentation.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment activity reports when required.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection standards (GDPR).

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (students in final year also considered).

Experience

  • Internship or initial exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools is an advantage.
