    Studii superioare si/sau domeniul tehnic

Cunostinte si competente tehnice:

  • Cunostinte software si hardware,IT pentru ariile de business Infrastructuri critice/ Aeroporturi și trafic aerian/ Securitate Internă și Ordine Publică/ Utilități, Telecomunicații, Cyber și Digitalizare);
  • Cunoașterea tehnicilor de vânzare consultativa;
  • Cunostinte - competitori, furnizori, tipuri de servicii/proiecte;
  • Cunoasterea pietei si produselor de securitate si ITC;
  • Cunostinte de negociere si de evaluare a costurilor si profitabilitatii;
  • Cunostinte de vanzare,ofertare, contractare;
  • MS Office nivel mediu; utilizarea softurilor de customer relationship (CRM) si de raportare.

Experienta:

  • Min. 3 ani in Suport Tehnic/Ofertare/Vanzare;
  • Min. 2 ani experienta in Customer facing.

Responsabilităţi:

  • Ofera consultanta tehnica clientilor interesati de solutiile companiei;
  • Intelege in detaliu nevoile clientului si evalueaza oportunitatea;
  • Realizeaza prezentari /bugetări tehnice, ca raspuns la cerintele clientilor potentiali sau ca raspuns la caietele de sarcini ale licitatiilor la care compania participă;
  • Este responsabil de analiza documentatiilor din procedura de achizitii cu ajutorul consultantului de ofertare si contractare cu scopul de a transmite nevoia clientului catre departamentul de solutii tehnice;
  • Analizeaza si raporteaza saptamanal situația proiectelor in lucru;
  • Elaborează, propune și implementează soluții de dezvoltare de portofoliu de solutii/produse;
  • Organizeaza intalnirile de proiect pe tot parcursul procesului de ofertare si contractare;
  • Monitorizeaza implementarea proiectelor din perspectiva indeplinirii scopului proiectului;
  • Coordoneaza procesul de realizare a ofertei tehnice si se asigura ca raspunde cerintelor clientului;
  • Este permanent la curent cu noutațile si tendintele industriei in care activeaza compania;
  • Este responsabil de calitatea relațiilor cu clienții si de calitatea documentatiei/documentelor livrate către aceștia.
