Project Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will join a Scrum team dedicated to Fusion Risk Kondor Module. The product owner will follow Risk Kondor Kondor P&L reporting, with a focus on the following key areas:

  • Daily, monthly, and yearly P&L computation

  • Fixed Income-specific P&L methodology: premium/discount amortization and capital gains

  • FX cash-specific P&L methodology: accrued P&L vs. mark-to-market (MTM) P&L

  • P&L explain functionality

  • P&L effects analysis

Responsibilities:

    • Engage regularly with clients to gather and clarify requirements
    • Draft detailed functional specifications
    • Reverse-engineer market practices to inform solution design
    • Coordinate daily with the development and QA teams
    • Validate and test enhancements
    • Document all changes and improvements

Mandatory Skills Description:

    • Strong expertise in P&L computation methodologies
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, or a related field
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

    • Experience with financial software and data analysis tools
    • 7-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in the financial industry
    • In-depth understanding of financial markets and instruments, including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Treasury products
    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
