Job role

  • Lead the financial controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Management reporting
  • Reporting to Head of Finance

What you will do

  • Lead the financial controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Drive and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business owners
  • Preparation of management and group reports; create and provide financial reports and dashboards for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base)
  • Perform financial analysis and monitor budget compliance; Provide strategic recommendations based on financial insights and analysis
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements,  drive automation and improvement of controlling processes and tools;
  • Rate card calculations

What you bring

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Computer skills, MS Office, AI, MS Copilot; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
