Job role
- Lead the financial controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Management reporting
- Reporting to Head of Finance
What You Will Do
- Lead the financial controlling activities, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Drive and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business owners
- Preparation of management and group reports; create and provide financial reports and dashboards for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base)
- Perform financial analysis and monitor budget compliance; Provide strategic recommendations based on financial insights and analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, drive automation and improvement of controlling processes and tools;
- Rate card calculations
What You Bring
- Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Computer skills, MS Office, AI, MS Copilot; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
