In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provides support to project managers;
  • Creates the report after which the budget is allocated for the establishment of revenues and costs within the Time & Expense projects;
  • Ensures that the project is correctly configured in the system, and the financial plans are registered and updated accordingly in the financial system;
  • Participates in project meetings, both related to factory projects and European projects;
  • Collaborates closely with project managers and other support teams to obtain relevant details for project delivery;
  • Offers support in cost planning, estimates, resource management and documentation for projects;
  • Monitors the progress of the projects and proactively communicates with the team any changes to the project that may have an impact on our commitment to the client;
  • Periodically reviews projects together with project managers, risk identification, ensuring that the project budget is updated based on the most recent estimate;
  • Collaboration with project managers  to ensure the correctness of the budget in the system and the tracking of gross profit;
  • Timely monitoring of the financial circuit within the project, including the outstanding parts together with the financial department.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Administrator.
  • Proven expertise and active involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 - reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

  • Knowing another language is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Clarity Toolbox.
