Căutăm un Accounts Payable specialist  priceput, care să fie responsabil cu procesarea facturilor recepționate de la furnizori și efectuarea la timp a plăților către creditorii noștri, într-o manieră precisă și eficientă.

Principalele responsabilități:

  • Vei procesa conturi și plăți conform politicilor și procedurilor noastre financiare;
  • Vei efectua tranzacții financiare obișnuite, precum și verificarea, clasificarea, calcularea și înregistrarea datelor creditorilor în sistem;
  • Vei face corecții de plăți în funcție de nevoie, vei verifica discrepanțele și vei rezolva problemele semnalate de furnizori prin telefon sau email;
  • Te vei asigura că toate plățile au fost înscrise corect în registru;
  • Vei genera situații financiare și rapoarte care detaliază statusul plăților.

Cerințe:

  • Ai experiență de lucru în domeniu ca accounts payable specialist și nu îți sunt străine atribuțiile de mai sus;
  • Ai o înțelegere bună a principiilor de bază din contabilitate și contabilitatea plăților;
  • Te înțelegi bine cu cifrele și poți gestiona cu ușurință registrele financiare;
  • Poți introduce cu precizie date în sistem;
  • Vorbești fluent limba engleză și cunoști foarte bine Microsoft Office;
  • Ești atent la nevoile clienților și le iei mereu în considerare;
  • Ai un grad ridicat de acuratețe și atenție la detalii;
  • Reprezintă un avantaj dacă ai diplomă de licență în Finanțe, Contabilitate sau Administrarea Afacerilor.
