Affiliate & Social Media Coordinator

Full-time | Remote | Entry to Mid-Level

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and digitally savvy
Affiliate & Social Media Coordinator
to join our growing marketing team. This combined role combines key responsibilities across
affiliate marketing support
and
social media coordination,
helping to drive partner engagement, community growth, and brand visibility — particularly in the
iGaming
,
crypto
and
sports betting
spaces.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and an interest in the affiliate and social media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing Support:

● Communicate with inactive and potential affiliates to re-engage or establish new partnerships.

● Set up affiliate campaigns, commission plans, and tracking links.

● Manage affiliate-related admin tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and campaign performance reporting.

● Liaise with internal teams (design, content, marketing, finance) to coordinate campaign assets and logistics.

● Record and share affiliate campaign results with the CRM team for player engagement analysis.

Social Media & Community Coordination:

● Support daily social media operations in coordination with the Content and Design teams.

● Schedule and publish content across platforms such as
Twitter (X), Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.

● Draft engaging, relevant copy for social channels with an eye on current trends, sports events, and gaming news.

● Monitor social performance, engagement stats, and community feedback using data dashboards.

● Coordinate with community managers and ensure consistent brand messaging across forums and chat groups.

● Provide reactive coverage of events with timely posts and updates.

Skills & Experience

Required:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

● Familiarity with social platforms:
Twitter (X), Instagram, Discord, Telegram.

● Basic proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
and using
project management tools.

● Some experience with affiliate platforms or a basic understanding of the iGaming/affiliate marketing space.

● Ability to write engaging social copy, particularly in the context of
crypto, NFTs, DeFi, casino, and sports betting.

● Solid understanding of international sports (excluding American/European leagues) is a plus.

● Comfortable using analytics tools to assess performance and suggest improvements.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with tools like
Hootsuite,
, or similar.

● Prior experience with influencer or affiliate marketing coordination.

● Previous exposure to crypto communities or betting/gaming brands.
