Clientul nostru, lider global in domeniul IT, este in cautarea unui Customer Operations (Order Management) Specialist cu limba germana pentru a gestiona si coordona procesul de comenzi end-to-end pentru partenerii B2B.

Daca ar fi sa rezum responsabilitatile rolului in cateva randuri, acestea ar fi:

  • te vei ocupa de
    gestionarea si coordonarea procesului de comenzi end-to-end
    ;
  • vei oferi
    suport operational in limbile germana si engleza clientilor si partenerilor companiei
    (este vorba despre
    clienti B2B (business-to-business) – alte companii mari
    )
    zilnic, prin telefon si e-mail (
    predominant prin email, acesta nefiind un rol de call center
    )
    ;
  • vei gestiona si coordona fiecare cerere de programare a comenzii impreuna cu furnizorii pentru a indeplini asteptarile clientului;
  • vei actiona ca punct unic de contact
    (interfata) cu partenerii / clientii
    ;
  • vei colabora strans cu echipa de vanzari;
  • vei gestiona retururi, modificari de comenzi etc.

In cazul in care esti vorbitor de limbile engleza si germana la nivel avansat (B2/C1), ai studii superioare finalizate (sau in curs de finalizare), detii experienta de cel putin 6 luni – 1 an in comunicarea cu clientii (persoane fizice sau B2B), esti deschis la un mod de lucru hibrid (trei zile / saptamana de la biroul din Pipera, doua zile wfh; programul: 09:00 – 18:00, luni-vineri) si un contract initial pe o perioada determinata de 1 an (cu posibilitatea de prelungire sau internalizare), iar acest job prezinta interes pentru tine, ne-ar face placere sa te cunoastem mai bine
