About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and optimize HR operations for our clients site in Bucharest. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can partner closely with site leadership to drive HR initiatives that support a dynamic, rapidly growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic HR initiatives designed to build and sustain an engaged, motivated workforce.
- Act as a key HR partner for the Romania site leadership, aligning HR efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Global Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Romanian labor laws and fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture.
- Champion safety, integrity, quality, and compliance standards across the site.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent Romanian and advanced English (C1/C2).
- Extensive HR experience in Shared Services environments, with a focus on process improvement, operational excellence, fluent in Legal & Statutory
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations within a global context.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset combined with creativity and business acumen.
