Vom lucra împreună la proiectele noastre educaționale, sociale și europene prin design clar, coerent și plin de culoare. Nu căutăm doar un executant, ci un partener de creație, o persoană care înțelege cum o imagine poate spune o poveste întreagă.

Profilul pe care îl căutăm:

  • Experiență profesională de 1–3 ani în design grafic/ DTP (agenție, editură, ONG sau freelancing);
  • Cunoștințe solide de lucru în Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);
  • Înțelegerea principiilor de compoziție, tipografie și branding;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan și de a respecta termenele-limită;
  • Cunoștințe de bază de prepress (formate, margini, culori CMYK, conversii PDF);
  • Atenție la detalii și respectarea Manualului de identitate vizuală CREFOP;
  • Deschidere către colaborare, feedback și învățare continuă.

Constituie avantaj:
experiența în proiecte europene, cunoștințe de UX/UI sau branding instituțional.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Crearea de materiale grafice tipărite și digitale: afișe, pliante, broșuri, rapoarte, bannere, prezentări;
  • Adaptarea și implementarea identităților vizuale pentru proiecte (logo, paletă cromatică, brand elements);
  • Pregătirea fișierelor pentru tipar conform cerințelor tehnice;
  • Adaptarea materialelor pentru online (social media, website, newsletter);
  • Colaborarea constantă cu managerul de comunicare pentru coerență vizuală;
  • Pachetul salarial va fi discutat la interviu și va fi stabilit în funcție de experiență;
  • Contribuția la campanii naționale și europene cu impact în educație și incluziune.
