Senior Web Designer

Senior Web Designer for our partner NetBet

Our ideal candidate is imaginative yet pragmatic, communicates openly, works seamlessly with developers and stakeholders, and is dedicated to crafting designs that inspire, perform, and deliver impact.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably within digital marketing or iGaming.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and performance-driven creative.
• Experience designing responsive visuals for both web and mobile.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 for banners or animated ad formats (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Background in iGaming, esports, or entertainment.
• Motion design, Figma, UI/UX, or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere).
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and performance-based design iteration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-impact graphics across social media, email campaigns, CRM content, display ads, website banners, landing pages, minigames and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and produce lightweight minigames, gamified widgets, and interactive engagement features for the platform.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while optimizing assets for clarity, performance, and conversion.
• Build reusable design templates to enhance creative workflow and maintain consistency across campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align visuals with campaign and product objectives.
• Adapt designs responsively for web, mobile, video thumbnails, and in-game environments.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging formats within the iGaming and entertainment space.
