We're hiring on behalf of one of our international partners in the industrial sector, looking for a
Digital Graphic Designer
to join their marketing team based in Bucharest. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with Brand and Campaign Managers to transform strategic marketing plans into visually compelling digital assets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys working across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and adapt marketing materials in line with established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with brand, project, and campaign managers to ensure visual consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Provide creative input and visual direction to enhance design quality.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • A team player with strong organizational and technical skills.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Working Hours:

Choose one of the following time zones:

  • EMEA shift:
    10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Romanian time)

  • North America shift:
    12:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Romanian time)

  • Bucharest (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

  • 12-month contract (with potential for extension)
