WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Lead all controlling activities of the subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Adjust the local controlling processes with group standards and ensure timely completion of controlling evaluations and reporting
  • Lead, develop, and manage the local controlling team, fostering continuous improvement
  • Drive the development of the SAP module, including cost center structures, internal orders, and allocation logic
  • Provide financial insights to local management and divisional headquarters,
  • supporting monthly and annual closings, as well as cash and working capital management

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed university studies in Finance
  • Over 7 years of experience in controlling and financial planning
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems, particularly SAP B1
  • Experience in reporting would be an advantage
  • Confident skills in MS-Office, excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Romanian, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
