Job Description
As an
Estimator II
within the Proposal & Estimation Team, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate HVAC/BMS cost estimates based on customer requirements, drawings, and specifications. You will support the sales process by creating high-quality technical and commercial proposals. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams across multiple regions, including Romania.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into accurate and cost-effective HVAC/BMS estimates
• Create clear documentation of assumptions, exclusions, and deviations for proposals
• Support Sales with site surveys, technical assessments, and proposal development
• Collaborate with Sourcing to obtain quotes and select optimal subcontractors/vendors
• Ensure timely and high-quality handover of documentation after project award
• Participate in continuous improvement of estimation tools and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
• +3 years of experience in BMS estimation
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems and products
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with drawing and submittal tools
• Strong English communication skills (mid/high level), Romanian native speaker
• Solution-oriented, technically minded, and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
