Operations Coordinator

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Operations Coordinator. This is a fixed term position to cover for maternity leave.

You will be responsible for the operations administrative function and facilitating successful project delivery primarily by tracking the delivery metrics and providing performance insight by generating reports and analyzing available data.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform recurring reporting for resource utilization, project status and KPIs
  • Monitor staff bench-time and over-allocation.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting for resource utilization, resource forecasting, employee change log, pre-sales pipeline, recruitment reports and management reports
  • Facilitate early identification of issues and risks
  • Maintain the central repository of approved templates and documentation to support presales efforts
  • Administration of Employee roster data & documentation
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation
  • Supervise team weekly timesheet compliance and help finance with month-end activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience gained within a professional services division or consultancy environment
  • Prior experience working with PowerBI reports (or equivalent), including maintaining existing and generating new reports
  • Experience using project delivery tools / collaboration tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Office365
  • Experience in project planning, progress reporting, and resource planning and forecasting
  • Experience in supporting multi-discipline projects involving multiple, dispersed delivery teams in different locations
  • Technical Background
  • Degree-level qualification
