For our Branch Office in Bucharest, we are currently looking for a highly experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What you will do:


• Post all financial operations while keeping track of project cost centers,


• Actively participate in period closing processes,


• Review monthly BS and PL positions, including vendor and customer balances,


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submissions,


• Participate in the annual audit process,


• Prepare payment proposal files,


• Be in permanent contact with the representatives from the construction sites,


• Comply with the standards of the Gülermak Group.

What we expect from you:


• Solid knowledge of statutory accounting, IFRS is an additional asset,


• Sound knowledge tax regulations, focused on staying up to date with related changes,


• Proficiency in working in Microsoft Excel,


• Excellent analytical skills,


• Strong attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must,


• Flexibility in working with different stakeholders at the same time,


• Team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills,


• Proven experience in meeting tight deadlines,


• Fluency in English.
