Responsabilități:

  • Efectuarea de simulări ale componentelor de interior auto și acordarea de suport în realizarea simulărilor ansamblurilor de componente utilizând FEM;
  • Efectuarea de analize (ex. privind creșterea gradului de maturitate etc), calcule statice, respectiv calcule dinamice pentru asigurarea implementării corespunzătoare a rezultatelor/optimizărilor;
  • Efectuarea, evaluarea și documentarea tuturor simulărilor în conformitate cu cerințele interne și ale clientului, pentru diferite solvere (Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Nastran);
  • Crearea de modele FEM prin discretizarea modelelor CAD, crearea Input deck etc;
  • Planificarea și efectuarea de încercări pentru obținerea datelor specifice materialelor și crearea de carduri de materiale considerând specificațiile companiei;
  • Crearea documentației relevante pentru validarea funcțională (rapoarte tehnice, prezentări, rapoarte pentru îndeplinirea proiectelor, scrisori funcționale etc.).

Cerințe:

  • Absolvent de studii superioare tehnice;
  • Experiență profesională relevantă de minimum 2 ani;
  • Experiență cu solverele CAE (Abaqus, LS Dyna, Nastran, etc), Hypermesh, Ansa;
  • Cunoștințe utilizare UNIX / Linux - constituie avantaj;
  • Cunoștințe solide de limba engleză; cunoștințele de limba germană constituie avantaj;
  • Capacitate dezvoltată de comunicare, mod de lucru independent și responsabil.
