About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation that aligns with company policies and values.

Requirements︍︍︁︁︀︋︋︍︇:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position

  • Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in a fast-paced or international work environment

  • High-level English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, system updates, and document management

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and conducting orientation sessions

  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leaves, and compensation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives

  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities

  • Prepare and validate the monthly payroll file, ensuring all changes (new hires, terminations, leaves, bonuses, deductions, etc.) are accurately reflected

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing.
