We are instructed by a prestigious law firm based in Bucharest, Romania, recognized as experts in property law and golden visa services. They have asked to to assist them to recruit a talented lawyer with a strong background in property investments. This role will focus on assisting clients in securing residence and visas through their property investments in Romania.

Job Description:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients navigating the complexities of property investment and immigration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their property investment goals and provide tailored legal advice regarding residence and visa options in Romania.

  • Legal Expertise: Offer comprehensive guidance on property acquisition, investment regulations, and the legal implications of securing residence through investment.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with Greek laws and regulations related to property investments and immigration.

  • Liaison with Authorities: Act as a liaison between clients and relevant government authorities to facilitate the visa application process and address any legal issues that may arise.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on changes in property laws and immigration policies in Greece to provide clients with the most current information and strategies.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in our services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property law, with a focus on investment and immigration matters.

  • In-depth knowledge of Romanian property laws and immigration regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.

  • Fluency in Romanian and English is highly desirable.
