How you will create an impact :

• Developing and updating technological documentation: process sheets, work instructions, control plans.

• Defining and optimizing the technological flow for manufacturing windings, magnetic cores, casings, and final assembly.

• Participating in the design and production launch of new types of transformers.

• Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S).

• Ensuring process compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and internal quality norms.

• Collaborating with design, quality, maintenance, and production departments to implement technical solutions.

• Providing technical support to the production team in resolving issues arising during the manufacturing process.

• Proposing and validating equipment, tools, and technological materials used in production.

• Monitoring technological parameters and analyzing deviations from specifications.

• Participating in type tests and product certification of new products.

What are we looking for :

• Higher technical education – Electrical Engineering, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing of electrical or electrotechnical equipment

• Knowledge of technical drawing, tolerances, and material specifications

• Familiarity with IEC and SR EN standards regarding distribution transformers

• Basic knowledge of quality management, safety, and environmental standards

• Proficiency in using technical software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP/MES)

• Analytical thinking, result-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills

• Team spirit, effective communication, and ability to coordinate interdepartmentally

• English language proficiency – intermediate to advanced level (technical)
