Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Support role for German/Dutch languages located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area with hybrid work arrangements. The Sales Support role involves day-to-day tasks such as assisting the sales team, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating sales operations, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also includes handling communications with both internal teams and external clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills in German/Dutch and English
  • Experience in Sales Operations and assisting sales teams
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is an advantage
