Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Receptionists to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a 5-star hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
