How you will contribute
  • Identify compliance risks in the AML/CFT/KYC area, assess, monitor, and report to DCON management;
  • Monitor and analyze customer transactions and risk information in order to identify suspicious transactions and correctly classify customers into risk categories;
  • Ensure legal reporting in accordance with specific AML/CFT/KYC legislation;
  • Approve foreign payment and collection transactions involving countries/entities/goods subject to international sanctions;
  • Provide specific data and information related to AML/CFT/KYC activities for the preparation of quarterly/annual reports on compliance activities;
  • Prepare and submit various periodic or ad-hoc reports to the Erste Group;
  • Apply the specific legal regulations in the coordinated area, compliance and operational risk management.
What will help you be successful
  • Long-term higher education: economics/ law;
  • Training courses in the field of AML/CFT/KYC;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the specialty;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in financial-banking institutions;
  • General knowledge of the bank's and Group's products and services;
  • Internal and international standards and practices in the field of compliance and operational risks;
  • Legal regulations in the banking sector specific to one's own area of activity;
  • Control and monitoring techniques;
  • Economic and financial knowledge;
  • Customer requirements analysis;
  • Knowledge of the banking market;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • IT knowledge.
