Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Supplier Management and Project Management.
  • Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems and strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sourcing plans and site-specific strategies in line with the Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
  • Drive competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Lead the RFQ/RFI process, conduct contract negotiations, and manage supplier performance to ensure supply continuity and meet quality and delivery objectives.
  • Manage multiple sourcing projects in a dynamic environment, from initial pursuit to final execution, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Improve working capital through effective negotiation of payment terms, as well as inventory and lead time reductions.
  • Partner with internal sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and other departments to streamline the procure-to-payment process.
