Vous êtes habitué(e) à travailler dans des environnements exigeants et êtes doté(e) d'une forte autonomie et réactivité ;Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre pédagogie ainsi que votre capacité d'ouverture aux autres ;Vous êtes curieux, proactif et orienté(e) client ;Vous disposez de capacités à négocier et à comprendre les enjeux (clients, métiers, organisationnels) ;Vous avez une bonne connaissance des risques opérationnels et des systèmes d'information liés à l'activité de votre périmètre ;Vous parlez couramment  Anglais et Français (niveau C1).

Alors le poste de Coordination de Gestion des Incidents est fait pour vous.

Au sein du Groupe Société Générale, GTPS offre une gamme complète et intégrée de services reposant sur l'expertise des métiers de Transaction Banking et de Payments Services.

GFL est le département de gestion des flux au sein de GTPS. La Cellule de coordination des Incidents (CCI) est une fonction transversale majeur des métiers de GFL en charge d'accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le pilotage et la communication des incidents. Le service a également un rôle de garant et d'optimisation des process pour améliorer sans cesse le bon acheminement des flux au travers du Système d'Information.

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:

Piloter des incidents de paiement en veillant à la présence des bons acteurs le plus rapidement possible et au respect de la bonne communication envers tous les partenaires ;Être porte-parole du métier en arbitrant les priorisations si besoin et en identifiant les impacts et les risques ;Faire l'accompagnement et l'animation fonctionnelle des collaborateurs des équipes sur les processus et la conduite de changement du projet Incident Management ;Détecter les besoins pour le compte de GFL sur la stabilité et la robustesse et assurer leur suivi par les équipes techniques.
