We are currently looking for Cat A Licensed Technicians (permanent positions) in Romania (OTP, CLJ).

YOUR TASKS:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled
    line maintenance tasks
    within Cat A privileges, such as:
  • Component replacement (e.g., wheels, brakes, batteries, lights, seats, filters).
  • Fluid replenishment (oil, hydraulic, oxygen, potable water).
  • Simple defect rectification as per approved procedures and training.
  • Carry out pre-flight, daily,weekly and transit checks as required.
  • Accurately record all performed maintenance in aircraft technical log and company systems.
  • Issue
    Certificates of Release to Service (CRS)
    for Cat A permitted tasks under EASA Part-145.A.50.
  • Escalate findings beyond Cat A privileges to B1/B2 certifying staff.
  • Comply with all applicable aviation safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to safety and report any hazards, occurrences, or non-conformities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Mandatory:
    Valid EASA Part-66 license.
  • Practical experience in line maintenance tasks (documented in logbook).
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-66 privileges and limitations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a multicultural team.

REMUNERATION:

  • Salary:
    €1,300 base + €400 for certified Cat A (A320).
  • Guaranteed Bonuses:

+25% for night shifts

+75% for overtime

+100% for public holidays

  • Additional Compensation (when applicable):

€50 for Embraer aircraft

€50 for A220 aircraft

€150 for extra shifts
